We're excited to announce a significant update with a rebrand, new features, and major improvements across

We're Now Margent

We've rebranded from Argent to Margent. We've updated everything—branding, logos, domain—and we're now live at margent.app. Same great app, fresh new identity.

New Landing Page

We've completely redesigned the landing page to better showcase what Margent does. It's cleaner, faster, and gives you a real sense of the product before you sign up.

Bank Account Integration

Plaid integration is now live. Connect your bank accounts directly and we'll automatically pull in your transactions. No more tedious manual entry for everything—though the option is still there if you prefer it.

Improved Category Modal

New category modals for the category alerts on the dashboard.

Cents Toggle

Added an option to show or hide cents in your budget view. It's enabled by default because when you're a college student, every penny counts.

Profile Customization

You can now upload a custom profile picture to personalize your account.

Customer Reviews

We've added a reviews section on the landing page. If you want to share feedback or let other students know what you think, you can do that now.

Polished UI & Animations

We've added smooth animations throughout the app—loading screens, page transitions, and interactions all feel more refined and responsive.
